"The purpose of this contract is to support efforts to maximise the public understanding of the Euro-Mediterranean partnership and in particular in the domain of cooperation, by providing communications services in various areas including desk research, editorial input, radio and TV production/broadcasting, media monitoring, opinion research, impact assessment and evaluation of communications activities, production of promotion and information materials, event and meeting organisation etc."
